Forging: The forging technique is applied to process bearing rings, which makes the metal of workpieces distributed in streamline, increase the densities of materials and improve the service lives of bearings for 2-5 times.
Turning: CNC lathe processing is used to strictly control dimensions and deformations of bearing parts and lay a good foundation for the subsequent processing.
Heat treatment: A domestic advanced roller type mesh belt controlled atmosphere heat treatment continuous production equipment is applied. With 5 temperature control points for quenching and tempering respectively, the temperature control is accurate which makes structures in heat treated parts better. A low-temperature cleaning process is added to the heat treatment process, which reduces residual austenite in bearings and improve the structure stability of bearings stored or used.
Grinding: 1. High precision CNC grinding machines are used for all grindings, which have advantages of high machining precision, high degree of automation, high consistency of products and high reliability of service life of product.
2. Enterprise internal standards of high control requirements are implemented for grindings.
3. Process inspections for grindings include the first item inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and etc..
